Online Consultation Change

Today, on Monday 15th April 2024, we are going live with our new online consultation service “SystmConnect”.

Subject to feedback from patients, a large sum of you wanted to see a change with our online consultation service, Klinik.

The new total triage service provides easy to read functions, free text options and is less time consuming, this service is also fully integrated within our clinical System, SystmOne.

From Monday 8th April 2024, we introduced a slow and steady phase for patients who contacted the practice via telephone and were happy to be sent a link via SMS to use the new service, we operated this way to prepare our admin team for a steady and manageable transition period as they still had Klinik running alongside for a week.

We are happy to inform you that this service is now available via our website and will replace Klinik permanently.
